층위의 균형잡기
영화 ‘지슬(오멸, 2012) ’의 주 배경이 된 동굴 큰넓궤와 이와 관련된 역사(제주 4.3 사건)가 이 프로젝트의 출발점이었습니다. “층위의 균형 잡기” 전시는 이 동굴에 들어가려고 시도한 나의 경험과 최근까지도 진행 중이던 동문모텔II 현장 리노베이션 과정이 함께 층위를 이루고 있습니다.

Balancing Layers
Keunneolgwe Cave, the main location of the film “Jiseul”, was an early departure point for me in the development of this project. The exhibition, "Balancing Layers", is a response to my experience of attempting to enter this cave, layered with reflections on the renovation of the Dongmun MotelII in preparation for the exhibition.
